According to BrightMLS records, I've participated in more than 1,177 confirmed residential real estate sales from June 1995 through June 2025. Most of those transactions have been right here in Arlington.
That experience includes 584 condominiums, 422 single-family homes, and 171 townhouses. Every property is different, and every transaction presents its own challenges. Having successfully guided buyers and sellers through more than a thousand closings means there's very little I haven't seen—and very few situations I haven't successfully navigated.
